Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Sub-Project Lead within the development lifecycle for HENSOLDT, a global leader in premium sensor technology for security and surveillance missions. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project management duties, including coordinating resource requirements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring effective time and cost management across technical initiatives. A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining a network of service providers, managing external development services, and organizing necessary reviews. Furthermore, you will support proposal creation and coordinate development efforts with critical internal departments such as Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, along with extensive experience in technical project planning. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, complemented by excellent skills in MS-Office and SAP.
