Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician to join a leading global IT service provider, focusing on delivering essential IT infrastructure support for large corporations and the public sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, configuring, and installing various IT hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. The technician will also manage inventory processes, including inbound and outbound goods booking based on IT shop processes, handle staging tasks according to client specifications, and ensure timely delivery of hardware to end-users based on planned routes. Key qualifications include relevant professional experience in the IT field, strong hardware knowledge (including peripherals and smartphones), and proficiency with Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office suite (Teams, OneNote, Outlook). A Class B driving license and good German language skills are mandatory.
