Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified Laboratory Technician or Technical Assistant who will be responsible for supporting product development within an international food and chemical manufacturing environment in Henstedt-Ulzburg. Key daily tasks include supporting the team in recording specifications and customer samples, handling a variety of raw materials, and ensuring meticulous quality control. The technician will monitor expiration dates, conduct qualified checks, maintain laboratory databases, and manage laboratory chemicals appropriately. A critical responsibility involves the independent documentation and the release or blocking of raw materials, intermediate, and final products. The successful candidate must possess a strong sense of smell for final quality checks, a structured approach to work, and a high sense of responsibility, contributing to a team-oriented culture.
