This permanent, full-time role as a Technical Claims Support Specialist focuses on ensuring the reliable operation of technical building systems for a leading German facility services provider. The core responsibilities involve high-volume communication with clients, site managers, and technicians via phone and email, processing disturbance reports within ticketing systems, and efficiently dispatching technical teams for both routine and emergency situations, such as water damage. A critical component of the role is accurate documentation of all orders and dispatches, occasionally requiring on-site damage assessment. Ideal candidates must possess a completed technical or skilled trade qualification, coupled with experience in property management, support centers, or claims processing. Essential requirements include proficiency in MS Office and ticketing systems, a strong technical aptitude, a driver's license, and the flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift system.
