Job Summary

This role involves leading technical and infrastructural teams across multiple sites in the Mannheim area, focusing on ensuring the reliable operation of technical building systems. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical processes, including quality assurance, and ensuring the profitability and economic viability of Facility Management contracts. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, controlling costs and revenues, and ensuring compliance with existing contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, either through a vocational qualification (e.g., Electronics, HVAC) or a degree in Engineering, Supply Technology, or Facility Management, coupled with several years of relevant practical experience. Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this demanding leadership and coordination role.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician for Industrial Technology, HVAC Plant Mechanic, or similar; OR Completed degree in Supply Technology, Engineering, or Facility Management

Experience

  • Several years of relevant practical experience
  • Professional experience in technical and infrastructural team leadership
  • Experience in monitoring technical processes and quality assurance
  • Experience in cost and revenue control and budget responsibility
