Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Administrative Specialist within a major security authority, independently managing tasks related to strategic personnel acquisition and diversity initiatives. Day-to-day duties include processing fundamental and individual inquiries regarding recruitment strategy, assisting in the conception and planning of personnel acquisition measures, and collaborating with internal departments and external partners of the Federal Police. A critical component of the role is actively developing the employer brand and overseeing diversity management, including coordinating measures to promote diversity and equal opportunity. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in fields such as Public Administration, Public Management, Personnel Management, or Business Management, coupled with at least 18 months of relevant professional experience.
