Job Summary
This role involves serving as an Administrative Specialist within a major security authority, independently managing tasks related to strategic personnel acquisition and diversity initiatives. Day-to-day duties include processing fundamental and individual inquiries regarding recruitment strategy, assisting in the conception and planning of personnel acquisition measures, and collaborating with internal departments and external partners of the Federal Police. A critical component of the role is actively developing the employer brand and overseeing diversity management, including coordinating measures to promote diversity and equal opportunity. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in fields such as Public Administration, Public Management, Personnel Management, or Business Management, coupled with at least 18 months of relevant professional experience. Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of a Diploma (FH) or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Management, Personnel Management, or Business Management; or eligibility for the higher non-technical administrative service.
Experience
- Minimum 18 months of relevant professional experience in Public Administration, Public Management, Personnel Management, or Business Management
- Professional experience in personnel management, ideally in personnel acquisition (desired)
- Eligibility for the higher non-technical administrative service OR relevant degree

- Must possess German, EU/EEA citizenship. Must not have completed the 50th year of age on the day of employment. Must be medically fit for the position. Must commit to the liberal democratic basic order (German Basic Law). Must have no prior criminal record and maintain stable economic circumstances.
