Job Summary

This Junior IT Support/Administrator role involves acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing essential First-Level Support to trainees, teachers, and staff. A core responsibility is managing user access, permissions, and the fleet of Surface tablets used by trainees. Beyond daily support, the administrator will play a key role in strategic projects, specifically assisting with the introduction of a new training and continuing education system and contributing to the design and implementation of the updated IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with strong service and customer orientation. Success in this position requires practical experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside foundational knowledge in server, network, and SQL database administration.
