The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to users, primarily through remote maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include offering user-specific support and training on Office software, resolving technical issues related to specialized applications and general IT infrastructure, and managing hardware deployment. This involves setting up and installing new hardware components, operating systems, and various software, configuring end devices (smartphones, tablets, notebooks, projectors, printers, scanners), and managing user-related authorization settings. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in IT or equivalent qualification, several years of relevant professional experience, and expert knowledge in data security, disaster recovery, and support processes.
