Job Summary

This role involves executing classical microbiological analyses, including germ count and endotoxin determination, alongside sampling from utility systems like water and air. The technician will be responsible for the complete process, including evaluation and GMP-compliant documentation. A key part of the job is managing laboratory investigations, deviations, changes, and CAPAs, ensuring timely completion and contributing to root-cause analyses for non-conforming results. The ideal candidate possesses a natural science education, preferably focused on microbiology, and demonstrates a high degree of hygiene awareness and enthusiasm for microbiological issues. Success in this position requires a structured, responsible, and precise working style, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to work occasional weekend shifts as scheduled. Proficiency in both German and English is required, along with experience using MS Office applications.
