Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Systems Specialist focused on maintaining and securing critical infrastructure within a Managed Services environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous monitoring of IT systems, handling alarms related to backup, antivirus, and cyber incidents, and executing regular maintenance tasks across a diverse range of hardware including servers, clients, NAS, storage solutions, WLAN, and firewalls. The specialist will also be responsible for setting up and administering customer systems, performing vital health checks, and implementing hardening measures for Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification and solid foundational knowledge in networking, server, and storage technologies.
