Job Summary

The Systems Engineer will join SOLARWATT, a leader in solar-driven sector coupling (PV systems, heat pumps, and e-mobility solutions), to ensure the quality and performance of their innovative products. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning, execution, and detailed evaluation of test and inspection series for both hardware and software, focusing on functionality, system behavior, quality, and durability. You will also manage and evaluate field test facilities (Friendly User Tests), conduct benchmarking against competitor products, and provide critical input for product development and customer service troubleshooting. A key aspect of the role involves preparing decision templates for hardware and software releases and creating comprehensive technical documentation and training materials. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional experience in the energy sector and fluent English skills.
