Job Summary

As a Commercial Agent at the renowned Airbus Helicopters site in Donauwörth, you will be crucial in maintaining robust commercial relationships with the European customer portfolio. Your daily responsibilities focus on ensuring the timely renewal of customer subscriptions, managing associated deliveries, and handling all aspects of invoicing, including customer account creation. A significant part of the role involves proactive Customer Service, where you consolidate, track, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating necessary action plans across various internal departments (Logistics, Support Doc, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and problem mitigation. You will also be responsible for maintaining favorable customer relationships, informing clients about market trends, and managing customer access to critical data platforms (TIPI/TIPI-Backoffice). This role requires a background in International Management or extensive commercial/technical experience, coupled with fluency in English and proficiency in German, offering a unique opportunity within the dynamic aerospace industry.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in International Management or comparable qualification, OR Completed technical or commercial vocational training.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Customer Service, Public Relations, and Communication Management
  • Long-term professional experience (if qualification is vocational training)
