Job Summary

This role involves working as a Production Planner for Airbus Defence and Space, focusing specifically on AWACS aircraft maintenance and production processes at the Manching site. The core responsibilities include creating and updating production orders, ensuring timely material availability, and managing the configuration of aircraft. The successful candidate will iteratively update manufacturing documentation, including material components and production aids. A key focus is maintaining a smooth maintenance process by scheduling, calling up, and correcting work orders for both planned and unplanned activities. The role requires monitoring aircraft progress, ensuring compliance with inspections and material preservation measures, and coordinating closely with all manufacturing and support departments. Ideal candidates possess a background in aircraft electronics, mechanics, or construction, along with professional experience in aircraft maintenance and fluency in German, supported by good English skills.
