Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Simulation Software Engineer for Airbus Defence and Space, focusing on the design and implementation of the Synthetic Environment. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining software solutions in C++ to provide realistic simulations, designing and implementing software interfaces between various services and external systems, and supporting the design of the service-oriented architecture. The engineer will also be responsible for continuous integration, applying DevOps principles, supporting software verification, and documenting designs and tests. The ideal candidate must have a completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent, several years of professional IT experience, and practical experience in C++ software development.
