Job Summary

Join an innovative semiconductor startup in Dresden, Germany, focused on developing next-generation NR+ microchips for non-mobile private 5G applications using modern FD-SOI technology. This Senior RF IC Design Engineer role requires joining the RF and Analog/Mixed-Signal team to drive the design of technologically leading circuits. Key responsibilities include developing behavioral models for architectural decisions, performing top-level simulations for design concept validation, and defining comprehensive verification procedures before tape-out, covering performance, power, reliability, and timing analyses. You will also define production and lab test plans, support post-silicon characterization, and analyze ATE and lab results to identify and resolve yield issues. The ideal candidate brings several years of RF/Analog IC design experience, deep knowledge of analog design concepts (noise, linearity, stability), and proficiency with industry-standard tools like Cadence Virtuoso.
