Job Summary

This role is centered on advanced software engineering and IT consulting, focusing on developing and deploying autonomous AI solutions for major clients including AXA, BMW, and Die Bahn. The AIOps Engineer will be tasked with developing autonomous AI agents and managing production-ready LLM Ops pipelines, encompassing prompt logic, memory concepts, and logging. A core responsibility involves designing and implementing sophisticated multi-agent systems and complex tool-chaining flows, ensuring seamless integration of LLM applications into existing APIs and systems. Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with relevant software development experience, particularly in Python, and familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and vector databases, along with strong analytical skills to optimize performance (latency, cost) and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. The position offers an unlimited contract, 12 professional development days annually, and a flexible hybrid work model.
