Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced AI Expert to join a team of digital tailors specializing in bespoke software engineering and IT consulting, focusing on projects that aim to improve the world, such as renewable energy and public transport logistics. The successful candidate will work on challenging software development and consulting projects for high-profile clients like AXA, BMW, and Deutsche Bahn. Day-to-day responsibilities involve guiding clients toward an AI-supported future, developing production-ready AI solutions, and actively participating across all disciplines of the software engineering lifecycle. Key qualifications include a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience in end-to-end AI development (from requirements to production), and fluency in German (C1).
