Job Summary
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing service-oriented advice on administrative, operational, and collective bargaining topics within the daily work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, transfers, salary adjustments, and other personnel actions in coordination with HR Business Partners. You will be responsible for maintaining and verifying personnel and time data in Workday to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, you will prepare employment contracts, certificates, and correspondence, and generate reports while collaborating closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other interfaces. This position offers the opportunity for continuous professional development within a well-established engineering services provider.

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on Human Resources / HR Administration
