Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to significantly enhance the reliability and availability of building services and technical installations. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and advancing maintenance and upkeep processes, including conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to derive sustainable measures for fault prevention. A key focus is the implementation and management of Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Facility Management and Operations teams to continuously improve building technology, coordinate external service providers, and document key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system availability. This position requires a background in engineering (Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical) and experience applying advanced analysis methods like FMEA and RCA, offering a chance to drive critical infrastructure reliability in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or in a comparable function
  • Foundational knowledge in analysis and optimization methods such as FMEA and RCA
  • Professional experience utilizing CAFM systems and MS Office
