Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support for a leading global technology and engineering firm, serving clients in the Nuremberg region. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the consultation, maintenance, and care of IT systems, primarily delivered via telephone, written communication, and remote access. Daily tasks include receiving, classifying, and processing support requests using a ticketing system. Furthermore, the specialist will actively assist in various IT projects, such as system migrations and hardware rollouts. Key requirements include vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, initial professional experience in IT support, and proficiency with Windows operating systems and standard application programs.
