Job Summary

This role involves supporting and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on Microsoft Cloud technologies. The administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and commissioning technical solutions within the Azure Cloud environment, ensuring continuous operation and security. Key daily tasks include configuring and managing MS Teams and SharePoint, performing user administration within Microsoft O365, and providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support, including troubleshooting and training staff on IT issues. Candidates must possess a degree or relevant vocational training in IT, coupled with solid practical experience in O365, server operating systems, networking, and backup/recovery concepts.
