This role involves providing essential 2nd Level Support, focusing on resolving incidents and fulfilling requests related to Windows environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Servers, alongside supporting Microsoft infrastructures including Exchange and Microsoft 365. Key daily tasks include executing system updates, patches, and security checks, as well as maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT, proven professional experience in 2nd Level Support with Windows systems, and practical knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and PowerShell scripting.
