Job Summary

This critical leadership role seeks an experienced Head of IT to manage and continuously develop the entire IT landscape and logistics systems at the Ibbenbüren site. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, maintenance, and strategic advancement of IT solutions to ensure highly efficient operational processes. The Head of IT will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for an 8-person IT department, coordinating all IT user support, managing error analysis, and driving sustainable problem resolution. A key focus is the conception and implementation of internal software projects and customer requirements, alongside generating relevant KPIs using SQL queries. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Informatics or Logistics, coupled with several years of professional experience, ideally within the logistics sector. Essential requirements include sound knowledge of database queries (SQL) and proven experience in team leadership and project execution.
