Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires taking overall responsibility for the development, control, and implementation of the group-wide Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) strategy and associated governance structures. Day-to-day tasks include leading and developing the EAM team (currently 3 employees), establishing common standards, and fostering a company-wide architecture community. The Head of IT Architecture will chair the Architecture Board, define mandatory architectural guidelines, and ensure the corporate and digital strategies are translated into effective roadmaps and standards. A key functional requirement is managing the EAM repository using LeanIX to ensure transparency and guide architectural decisions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics and possesses several years of leadership experience in EAM or IT strategy, coupled with deep expertise in modern IT architectures (Cloud, Integration, Data Management). Proficiency in TOGAF/ArchiMate and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this strategic, executive-facing position.
