Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Service Technician to provide essential Onsite Support in Leverkusen, working for Akkodis, a global leader in Engineering and IT. The core responsibilities involve managing Incident and Request tickets according to defined service levels, covering end-user support, conference rooms, and Smart Hands services. You will be responsible for executing IMAC/D (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Decommissions), Onsite Swaps, and Break & Fix operations. A critical part of the job includes proactive maintenance, documenting asset data in ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy, and creating informative knowledge articles. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and several years of relevant experience in field or onsite support environments. Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and basic networking principles is required, alongside a structured and highly service-oriented approach.
