Job Summary

This role focuses on delivering essential 1st-Level Remote Service support, serving as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing technical problems and inquiries. Daily tasks include resolving disturbances via remote access, conducting thorough analysis and documentation of error situations, and ensuring successful fault resolution through customer-oriented telephone support. A critical responsibility is prioritizing, classifying, and documenting all incidents within a ticketing system to ensure efficient processing by downstream service teams. Successful candidates should possess completed IT training or comparable professional experience, a strong service-oriented mindset, and fluent German skills. The position offers an attractive work environment with comprehensive onboarding, an unlimited employment contract, and predictable working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) without 24/7, night, or weekend shifts, alongside opportunities for mobile working and individual career advancement.

Experience
