Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Onsite Support, ensuring seamless IT operations directly at the client location in Monheim. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the efficient processing of Incident and Request tickets, adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for end-user support, conference rooms, and Smart Hands services. Key technical duties include performing IMAC/D requests (Install, Move, Add, Change/Dispose), Onsite Swaps, and essential Break & Fix services to maintain system reliability. The technician will also be responsible for proactive maintenance, updating inventory and asset data, and supporting the implementation of new technologies, particularly within conference room environments. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of Windows 10, hardware troubleshooting, and experience utilizing ticketing systems. A valid Class B driver's license is required, alongside strong teamwork skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude. This is a crucial, permanent full-time position offering direct engagement in critical client IT infrastructure.
