Job Summary

This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations directly at the client site in Leverkusen as an IT Service Technician focused on Onsite Support. The position is centered on 2nd Level Support, requiring the management of Incident and Request tickets according to service level agreements (SLAs), and providing comprehensive end-user assistance, including support for conference room technology and 'Smart Hands' services. Key daily tasks include executing IMAC/D requests (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission), performing onsite hardware swaps, and delivering crucial Break&Fix services. The technician is also responsible for proactive maintenance, updating inventory and asset data, adhering strictly to client security guidelines, and assisting with hardware disposal preparation. Successful candidates must possess solid knowledge of Windows 10, hardware troubleshooting, and experience utilizing ticketing systems, complemented by strong teamwork abilities and a professional demeanor.
