Job Summary

This Shift Operations Engineer role involves ensuring the reliable and safe operation of industrial plants, strictly adhering to operational manuals and shift instructions. Key daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating shift logs, coordinating complex routine procedures, and actively investigating and resolving operational disturbances using available shift personnel resources. A critical component of the role is personnel management, involving the training and supervision of control room and field operators, as well as ensuring stringent compliance with environmental, fire, and occupational safety regulations. You will also be responsible for updating commissioning management after incidents and reporting major faults to management for resolution. Candidates must possess a completed technical degree and relevant professional experience as a shift leader, ideally within power plants. The position requires a willingness to work within a three-shift system.
