Job Summary

This role involves working as a Project Engineer specializing in SCADA components within High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) control technology for a major energy corporation. The daily tasks include creating and maintaining Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), specifications, and manuals, alongside managing and clarifying signal lists with internal interfaces, external customers, and suppliers. A core responsibility is maintaining the central control technology signal database. The engineer will be heavily involved in system integration and commissioning of various components in test setups in Erlangen and Forchheim, ensuring flawless communication and display, including signal testing. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Computer Science, deep knowledge of the WinCC OA SCADA environment, and professional experience in control technology for energy transmission systems, including relevant communication protocols.
