Job Summary

This role involves contributing directly to the energy transition by serving as the Technical Operations Manager for wind energy parks within the UKA Group, one of Germany's leading renewable energy developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical supervision and performance analysis of wind turbines, managing crucial communication between operators, manufacturers, service companies, utilities, and regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring maintenance, repairs, deadlines, and expert assessments, as well as handling defect reporting and malfunction management. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or possesses equivalent technical certification and relevant professional experience in wind energy operations. Key strengths required are strong analytical skills, an independent work ethic, and excellent communication abilities in both German (Fluent) and English (Intermediate). This permanent position offers the chance to work in a highly motivated team environment, located in either Oldenburg or Meißen.
