Job Summary

This role as a Control Room Operator for Wind Energy Turbines is crucial for managing the rapid expansion of UKB Betriebsführung GmbH's renewable portfolio across Germany. The company is significantly increasing its managed capacity from 1000 MW to 3000 MW of wind power, plus adding 1000 MWp in photovoltaic projects. Day-to-day tasks involve being the primary contact for manufacturers and service companies, continuously monitoring turbine status, responding immediately to faults, initiating troubleshooting processes, and escalating issues to the 2nd level. The operator is responsible for meticulous administrative tasks, including maintaining technical availability logs, managing turbine registration, and ensuring data integrity within the operational management software. Candidates must possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, combined with initial experience in operational management and strong analytical skills.
