Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves serving as the client representative for technical building equipment (TBE) planning and realization within the ambitious campus modernization project at the University Hospital Bonn (UKB). The specialist planner will manage and steer complex technical measures, overseeing projects from conceptualization through execution (HOAI phases 1-8). Key responsibilities include creating detailed concepts, preparing tender specifications for external planners, conducting cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with public law regulations. Candidates must possess a degree in Technical Building Equipment or equivalent, coupled with extensive experience in TBE planning and construction supervision. Experience in medical gases and measurement and control technology is highly desirable, as is familiarity with hospital construction and hygiene standards. This position offers significant scope for design and responsibility within a major public institution.
