Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Cologne seeks an MSR Electrician and Service Technician responsible for the operation, control, regulation, and monitoring of complex Building Management Systems (BMS) and other technical building equipment. Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical systems, performing various installations, and independently troubleshooting faults within the facility. A key component of the role is media management, including reading energy consumption data, performing plausibility checks, and deriving concrete energy-saving and CO2 reduction measures. Candidates must hold a relevant electro-technical qualification, such as an Electrician specializing in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology or Building Technology. Essential qualifications include strong knowledge of supply systems, control technology, and prior experience in HVAC/S trades. The role requires a service-oriented and responsible approach, along with German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level. The position is attractive due to an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, up to 35 vacation days, and the provision of a company service vehicle.
