This Senior Business Consultant will guide clients through the entire lifecycle of implementing new cloud solutions within the utilities sector, from initial planning to successful go-live. A core part of the role involves robust project management, ensuring that quality, budget, and timelines are meticulously adhered to. The consultant will be instrumental in fostering strong, trust-based client relationships and actively enhancing customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to drive innovative solution development and providing comprehensive training and support to users for optimal cloud solution utilization are also key responsibilities. This position is ideal for an analytical, solution-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and a collaborative spirit.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT consulting (preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of business processes in the energy and utilities sector or willingness to acquire it
Languages
