Job Summary

This Quality Assurance Engineer role focuses on ensuring the high quality and continuous improvement of the NTS.suite software solution, primarily serving the utility sector. Day-to-day tasks include actively creating and reviewing software test cases, meticulously analyzing results, and coordinating closely with the development team to resolve technical and functional issues. A key responsibility is managing the interface between development and customer support, ensuring effective problem resolution and adherence to requirements. The position requires specialized knowledge of German market data exchange processes, specifically the GPKE (Business Processes for Customer Electricity Supply) and GeLi (Business Processes for Customer Gas Supply) standards. The ideal candidate brings demonstrable experience in software testing, strong IT affinity, analytical skills, and precision, alongside the ability to communicate test cases effectively with customers, particularly municipal utilities.
