IT Onsite Service Technician | IT-Onsite Servicetechniker (m/w/d) in Monheim am Rhein

Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who enjoys solving complex IT problems in a dynamic environment. As an IT Onsite Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-user support, handling a variety of Incident and Request tickets according to defined Service Levels. Daily tasks include managing IMAC/D requests (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), executing Onsite Swap and Break & Fix services, and performing proactive machine maintenance. You will also be crucial in advising on the introduction of new technologies, conducting data backups when necessary, and maintaining inventory and asset data. The position requires strong expertise in Windows 10/11 and Office 365, fluent German, good English skills, and a mandatory Class B driving license to support the onsite nature of the job in Monheim am Rhein.
