Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who thrives on solving IT challenges in a dynamic environment in Leverkusen. The IT Onsite Service Technician will be responsible for executing comprehensive field services, including IMAC/D requests (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), Onsite Swaps, and Break & Fix services. Key daily tasks involve proactive machine maintenance, data backup, updating asset inventory, and diligently resolving Incident and Request tickets in adherence to Service Level Agreements. A crucial part of the job is providing direct, hands-on support to end-users (Enduser Support) and assisting with conference room technology and Smart-Hands deployments. Success requires strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, alongside mandatory fluent German skills and a Class B driving license.
