Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Development Engineer to drive technological advancements by designing, simulating, and testing complex electronic systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle of circuit board development, from schematic capture using tools like Altium Designer and PSPICE/LTSpice, to creating production-optimized PCB layouts. A core function involves rigorous electrical testing, including EMC, ESD, and photometric measurements, followed by detailed test report analysis and necessary adjustments. The engineer will also be responsible for commissioning prototypes, defining functional specifications based on detailed requirements analysis, and coordinating technical needs directly with clients, including on-site visits. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering degree and possesses deep knowledge of automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
