Job Summary
This Requirements Engineer role involves acting as the crucial link between business users, IT specialists, and external partners within the context of occupational pension scheme management (bAV). Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent development, coordination, and definition of functional requirements, creating technical specifications, and actively shaping the requirements management process. You will support cross-functional projects focused on implementing, optimizing, or newly developing software solutions, and conduct necessary training sessions. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with multi-year professional experience in IT requirements management for commercial-administrative software. Critical expertise includes deep, long-standing knowledge of bAV processes and multi-year experience applying and customizing Microsoft Dynamics within this complex business context. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible, hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to contribute initiative and ideas to a joint venture of E.ON and Uniper.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree focusing on Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Multi-year experience in conception and implementation of requirements for commercial-administrative software development or optimization
- Long-standing experience in Occupational Pension Schemes (bAV)
- Multi-year experience in the application and development of Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
