Job Summary

The Energy-Pensions-Management GmbH (EPM), a joint venture of E.ON and Uniper specializing in occupational pension schemes (bAV), is seeking a Requirements Engineer to join their Pension Service team in Hannover or Essen. This role is crucial for defining and implementing functional requirements and technical specifications for commercial-administrative software development and optimization projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include active interface management, bridging communication between application users, IT specialists, and external partners, and contributing to the definition and further development of the requirements management process. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering, coupled with multi-year experience in IT requirements management and deep, long-standing expertise in bAV processes. Furthermore, proven multi-year experience with Microsoft Dynamics is essential for adapting complex business processes within the pension context.
