Job Summary

This engaging role seeks a dedicated IT Technician to join an IT service provider, focusing on hardware support, maintenance, and servicing of specialized equipment within a demanding technical environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hardware break/fix operations for standard and specialized devices, analyzing and resolving both hardware and software issues, and conducting proactive maintenance, patching, and antivirus updates. The technician will also manage IMAC/D requests (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals), provide technical consultation and documentation, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with manufacturers. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), very strong hardware knowledge, and basic networking skills for hands-on support.
