Human Resources Specialist | Personalreferentin/Personalreferent (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive HR administration for both salaried employees and civil servants within the Teltow-Fläming district administration, starting January 1, 2026. The specialist will handle the full lifecycle of employment matters, including managing classification changes (upgrading/downgrading), transfers, secondments, disciplinary actions (warnings, terminations), and the dissolution of employment relationships. A key responsibility is leading the entire recruitment process, from refining job profiles and managing selection procedures to conducting job interviews. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Public Management or equivalent administrative qualifications and demonstrates strong judgment, accountability, and service orientation. This permanent, full-time position (39 hours/week, part-time possible) offers competitive public sector compensation (up to TVöD-VKA pay grade 9c), flexible working hours, and the option for home office after the probationary period, providing excellent work-life balance and job security.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor Public Management, Diploma in Administrative Science, Administrative Specialist, or comparable relevant qualifications. Alternatively, Administrative Assistant with willingness to complete the Administrative Specialist advanced training.
