Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management of building services and energy for the Teltow-Fläming district. Day-to-day, the specialist will be responsible for designing and planning technical building systems, overseeing construction and acceptance, and ensuring ongoing maintenance and servicing. A key part of the job is also managing energy consumption, including energetic building management and procurement, as well as contract management. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in building services or HVAC technology, strong knowledge of relevant technical regulations (HLS), and familiarity with HOAI and VOB. Required Skills

Education

University or university of applied sciences degree in Building Services or HVAC Technology (HLS), or comparable qualification. Consideration will be given to applicants expecting to complete one of the aforementioned degrees within the next 6 months.
