Job Summary

This critical role as a Corporate Finance Specialist involves managing the financial backbone of a major German energy transmission operator, ensuring stability and driving the energy transition. The specialist will be responsible for preparing and executing bond emissions on international capital markets, negotiating and finalizing complex credit financing agreements, and actively managing interest and currency risks. A core function is the continuous development and refinement of the corporate financing strategy, requiring close collaboration across departments and the creation of detailed decision papers for executive management and supervisory bodies. Key qualifications include a university degree in Economics or Business Administration and profound professional experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Debt Capital Markets (DCM). Success requires a strong grasp of credit and capital market dynamics, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to perform precisely and autonomously under tight deadlines, all while operating effectively in national and international committees.
