This role involves the development and conceptualization of mixed-signal sensor electronics and algorithms specifically for inductive position sensors. The engineer will be responsible for designing and simulating critical components like coils, cores, wires, and litz wire to optimize sensor performance, utilizing microcontroller technology, ASICs, and various communication interfaces. A core part of the job is adapting and enhancing existing electronic and sensor systems to meet technical specifications and customer requirements, while strictly adhering to environmental and EMC guidelines. Quality assurance is maintained through simulations, calculations, and detailed development measurements, alongside comprehensive documentation and component release testing. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, possess strong German and English skills, and are welcome even as career starters, though initial experience in hardware development and circuit design is beneficial.
