Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on bridging Research & Development with manufacturing, specifically handling the transfer of new production processes and products into the production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading troubleshooting efforts, establishing and implementing novel synthesis and purification methods, and conducting rigorous adaptation and testing of existing production processes. A core function is ensuring complete regulatory compliance, including adherence to safety guidelines and stringent Quality Management systems (such as FDA and USDA requirements), while providing expert knowledge for documentation and protocol creation. The successful candidate must hold a completed degree in Organic Chemistry or possess several years of equivalent production experience, coupled with demonstrable experience in production or laboratory operations.
