This role as a Development Engineer for Inductive Sensors involves driving the conceptualization and implementation of advanced mixed-signal sensor electronics and algorithms, primarily focusing on inductive position sensing technology. Key responsibilities include designing and simulating critical components such as coils, core systems, and wiring to achieve optimal sensor performance. You will integrate microcontroller technology, ASIC solutions, and various communication interfaces, ensuring all designs comply with stringent environmental and EMC requirements. Quality assurance is paramount, requiring extensive use of simulations, calculations, and development-accompanying measurements, followed by thorough documentation and component release testing. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Electronics or related fields and possesses initial professional experience in hardware development and analog/digital circuit design, although comprehensive training is provided for motivated entry-level professionals.
