Job Summary

This role seeks an Electronics Hardware Developer to drive the full lifecycle development of electronic assemblies, starting from initial requirements through to final production. Key responsibilities include designing future-proof hardware platforms, selecting appropriate components, and creating detailed schematics and layouts. A crucial part of the job involves ensuring strict EMC/EMI conformity and coordinating closely with external EMS providers and electronic suppliers throughout the development and manufacturing process. You will also serve as a vital link, closely collaborating with mechanical, software, and electrical engineering teams. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with several years of relevant hardware development experience, deep knowledge of EMC standards, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
