Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Cologne seeks a dedicated Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce CRM to drive the digitalization and optimization of core business processes. The successful candidate will serve as the crucial link between users and the IT system, responsible for analyzing user requirements, capturing them as detailed User Stories, and translating them for the development team. Day-to-day work involves holistically guiding the implementation of these User Stories in an agile environment, ensuring smooth commissioning, and acting as a consultant to the Product Owner and specialized departments. The role requires hands-on system customization using Salesforce tools like Object Manager and Flow Builder, and includes opportunities for coding tasks involving Apex and JavaScript for batch job scheduling. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT, long-standing experience with the Salesforce platform, and fluent communication skills in both German and English.
